Performance Evaluation of MIMO system in mm wave based on Space Time Block Code and Different Modulation techniques

چکیده

Multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system with millimeter wave frequency is one of the most important technologies in fifth generation wireless communication systems. This paper presents performance evaluation for MIMO based on Space time block code (STBC) Wave range. MIMO-STBC an efficient technique to solve problems 5G due increasing density transmitted information and obtain higher data rates limited bandwidth power applied under different modulation schemes (Binary Phase Shift keying (BPSK), Quadrature (QPSK), Amplitude Modulation(M-QAM) Trellis Modulation Code (TCM) improve capacity, reliability moreover minimize BER transmit power. Moreover, method verified using Adaptive white Gaussian Noise (AWGN), Rayleigh Rician fading channel prove its effectiveness, number antennas at transmitter receiver sides) 2×2), (3×3), (4×4) MIMO-STBC. The presented has been MATLAB simulation program. results show that STBC better than (2×2) (3×3) system. also, BPSK can be QPSK, M-QAM, TCM. distribution give slowest distribution.
